Reclaimed Oysters

We shuck a few hundred oysters a week at Meritage, and for years we have paid to have them taken away. Now, we have found a way to offer a “3rd Life” to this gift from nature.

Hand Crafted

We take the oysters, clean and sanitize them. Hand-painted, decoupaged & gilded, each oyster is unique. Styles and patterns selected for the seasons and our times, many of them limited.

Sustainable

Sustainable practices for sustainable employment, as we are creating jobs for women where they can be independent. Making use of resources is core to what Be-A-Pearl is all about.
