We ultimately decided on adding an oyster bar to Meritage due to the very sustainable nature of oysters. To think that we are giving a 3rd life and another greater purpose to these oysters is the ultimate use of resources and fulfillment of purpose.

Sustainable employment potential for those who might be otherwise discarded from the work place, just like the oysters themselves, finding refreshed life and appreciation.
